Futureswiss International (FS) warrants to the original use purchaser of the FS manufactured product packed in the original carton that will repair or replace, free of charge, excluding return shipping costs, any such product which under normal use and service proves defective in material or workmanship, as determined by inspection, within 6 months from date of purchase provided the claimed defective product, or part thereof, is promptly returned to the factory or Customer Service Center with transportation charges prepaid.

This warranty does not cover failure of parts or components due to normal wear or damage or wear which in the judgment of FS is due to negligence, accident, substitution of non FS parts, faulty installation or tampering.

This warranty does not cover ingress of coolant, or moisture introduced via compressed air system, or from external source due to lack of compressed air.

 If FS inspection discloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair or replacement and return will be made at customary charges.

Equipment not covered by FS warranty: Accessories or components of equipment sold by FS that are not manufactured by FS are subject to the warranty, if any, of their manufacturer. FS will provide the purchaser with reasonable assistance in making such claims.

 The foregoing warranty supersedes, voids and is in lieu of all or any other warranties, expressed or implied, and no warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose is intended or made. FS sole obligation and the original  use purchaser’s sole remedy is as stated above and in no event shall FS be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages or expenses of any nature, including, without limitation, loss of profits or production time incurred by the original use purchaser or any other party.

Finley Precision Spindles Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months provided that that the Product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in this Operation Manual and has not been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse, accident or incursion of coolant or other foreign matter into the bearings. The products should be

promptly returned to Finley Precision Spindles with transportation charges prepaid. If Finley Precision Spindles inspection d iscloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair or replacement and return will be made at customary charges.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SUPERCEDED, VOIDS AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS INTENDED OR MADE. FINLEY PRECISION SPINDLES’S SOLE OBLIGATION AND THE ORIGINAL USE PURCHASER’S SOLE REMEDY IS AS STATED ABOVE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL FINLEY PRECISION SPINDLES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION TIME INCURRED BY THE ORIGINAL USE PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PARTY.

NSK America Corporation Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of 180 days afer the date of deliver to purchaser, except for normal wear and tear, provided that (1) the products has been operated and maintained in accordance with the product instruction and maintenance manual and (2) the product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, electrical failure, improper preventative maintenance or alteration or modification which result in damage to the product or failure to operat in accordance with the the specification, or improper repair, modification or servicing of the products performed by any unauthorized servicing personnel and the use or operation of the products in conjunction with any accessories or auxiliary equipment not specifically approved by us in writing, or accident.  During the term of this warranty any part which is determined by us to have defects in material or workmanship and returned to us, shipping prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Returned Goods:

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• No return goods can be accepted without prior approval of our office.
• Within 30 days of shipment
• Product returned must be unused and in new and sellable condition by our sole determination, or the return will be rejected.
• Return to us with prepaid shipping cost by the purchaser
• In original box and/or packaging, or a cost for a new box/packaging will be charged
• Restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced price or $20 whichever is greater will be charged.
